The three women are asking that they be awarded consequential, compensatory and punitive damages from Rose, CBS News Communications and CBS News. All three women, who were in their early twenties when these alleged incidents occurred, claim that Rose would constantly kiss female staffers, caress their thighs, waist, arms and legs, and showed a keen interest in having them detail their sex lives.
